Client OS — Engagements, pipeline, activity timeline

Eight-stage consulting pipeline (Lead → Won/Lost), engagement detail pages with activity timeline, contacts, proposals, and history. Replaces HubSpot / Attio / Notion-as-CRM with one workspace where context and pipeline live together.

Recall — natural-language command surface

Ask anything about any client and get a direct, cited answer in seconds — or ask in plain English and Recall routes you to the right agent, running several in parallel or chaining one into the next, each shown live in a task feed.

Decision agent — firm-wide

Logs not just what was decided but the why behind it, and tracks how each call plays out over time. Now firm-wide: similar past decisions surface as you capture new ones, so you never relitigate a settled call.

Debrief

Drop a call transcript in, get decisions, action items, and a draft follow-up email in under 2 minutes.

Visual map of every conversation, person, and document per client — plus freshness and contradiction tracking. Recall now flags when sources disagree or when an answer leans on stale context, both cited.

Per-client Client Brief

A durable brief per client that Recall reads before it searches, so answers start from the facts about the account — viewable read-only on the client page.

Reporting

Auto-drafted weekly status updates, with citations to the original source messages and documents.

Senior Review gate

Every client-facing email, report, and proposal can be routed to a senior for approval before it sends.

Slack bot

Mention @aether in any client channel to ask Recall, trigger a Debrief, or log an action item — plus /aether commands to move a stage, add a prospect, or pull a brief.

Claude Desktop integration

Securely connect Aether to Claude Desktop via OAuth — read your client context from any chat.

Two-way task sync — Asana, Todoist, ClickUp

Action items stay in lockstep with your task tool of choice. Webhook-driven inbound, push-back on every edit, no manual buttons.

Microsoft 365 connector

Outlook email, OneDrive folders, and Microsoft sign-in alongside the existing Google and Slack connectors — client context comes in whichever stack you run on.

Pipeline revenue forecasting

Weighted pipeline forecast (stage probability × deal value) across the firm — tunable win rates, forecast by period, and a trend chart over time.

Observability, feedback & privacy

Error monitoring on every route, end-to-end tracing of every agent answer, 👍/👎 feedback wired to the trace, a per-firm sensitive mode that redacts PII, and hard provider spend caps.

Aligned pricing + annual billing

Website restructure

A focused homepage and a new /features depth page that de-crowd the public story — the homepage now demos the agents instead of listing them. First pieces are live; the rest is rolling out.

More task-tool connectors

Rounding out two-way task sync across the tools teams actually use, on the same webhook-driven, no-manual-buttons model as Asana, Todoist, and ClickUp.

Verified Google sign-in

We're completing Google's app verification — removes the "unverified app" warning some users see when connecting Gmail and Drive.
